The Briarwood house did not work out--thank you. The estimates were in excess of $30K.
However, I do need you to do an inspection on another house I have made a bid
on. Looks in great shape. I'll leave it to you to tell me if looks
are deceiving. The sooner the better. If you'll tell me when you can go,
I'll be there.

I really appreciate all the inspections you have done for me. It is much
easier to purchase investment property from here knowing that you will
provide me with such a thorough and readable report. I wish you lived here

I just got your report, it's even more detailed then what I expected. Thank
you for finding the fire in the attic, no telling what we would have gotten
ourselves into if you didn't find that!
