Buyer's Inspection
Our Buyer's Inspection is our most frequently ordered inspection service.
I pride myself on doing the most thorough inspection one can find. I inspect all of the major systems, including the crawlspace under the home if it has one, the attic space if possible and the roof. Many home inspectors choose not to inspect these vital areas, but I find that much can be learned about the condition of the dwelling by inspecting these areas.
Seller's Inspection
I perform the same inspection for the seller as I do for the buyer, however, in this case I then produce a preliminary report for the seller only and give the seller time to make repairs as needed before I come back and reinspect the repairs and complete the report. This allows you time to have your property in it's best condition before it goes on the market.
Lead Paint and Asbestos Samples
Circle Z Inspection Services is not a licensed lab, nor do we do Lead Paint or Asbestos testing. However, we can collect samples for you if you are concerned about contamination from these compounds and send them to a testing facility we have partnered with for analysis.
