I am the owner and sole inspector for Circle Z Inspection Services. My goal is to provide you with the best home inspection available.
My mentor in this business is a man named Bill Ball. Bill founded the American Institute of Inspectors (AII), and has been doing home inspections for as long as they have been done. Bill now teaches people how to be home inspectors, and it is in that capacity that I met Bill.
After completing the course from Bill, I have continued to learn thru both AII and NACHI the oldest and largest national home inspection trade associations. Both associations stress education and professionalism, which is why I have always been a member of one or both as long as I've been a home inspector.
In addition to my home inspection work, I have put these same skills to use helping FEMA do disaster recovery inspections.
I have inspected or helped construct buildings of many types, from yurts to strawbale to ACC & masonry block to stick frame construction. It is with all of this vast knowledge and my past experience having seen over 3,000 homes in detail that gives me the confidence that I can inspect your home.
